Mental Health & Wellbeing - Wellbeing at the Bar 10/07/2017

Went to a very illuminating conference by the Wellness For Law Forum. Well done in particular to Rachel Spearing and Inner Temple for organising and hosting it.

Looking after your physical and mental health in a demanding profession is obviously vital in itself, but the conference additionally highlighted the positive impact on performance as well as the business case for chambers looking after their "talent".
