As we hit 1st September now is a great to introduce a coaching tool called "The Wheel of Focus".
Not only is this a great tool its also a great place to start if you are looking to establish where you are in your life, are you achieving your goals, are you spending time with the right people, are there areas of your life that require more focus?
How do you use the "The Wheel of Focus". If you can redraw the circle below, add in the numbers 1-10 and plot (yellow circles) where you currently are using the scale. The spokes are completely up to you.
Once complete now relook at your wheel, and plot where you would LIKE to be (in red); quickly you'll notice the gaps and the size of the gaps, that's where you can take positive steps to establishing a new goal or focus.
