A new "Hot and Cold Therapy Index" analysed more than 54,000 Google reviews across 60 destinations worldwide to find the best places for cold-water swimming and wild bathing.

๐Ÿฅ‡ Lake Bled, Slovenia came out on top, with 76.8% of reviews containing positive keywords such as "invigorating", "relaxing" and "transformative".

The UK also made the list, with the Fairy Pools on the Isle of Skye, Bude Sea Pool in Cornwall and Brockwell Lido in London all featuring in the global top 20.
