Based on trust and mutual connections is an invite-only network connecting students keen to work with individuals/businesses looking for extra help.
With an increasing demand for short term help and our student-aged children always looking for work, it felt like a natural opening for SYH.

Christmas is a busy time for us all so if you need to find an extra pair of hands then we feel this will be just the solution!

A dreary day I am afraid but I thought I would cheer you up with recent budget changes that may affect the way you pay your Help:
SELF EMPLOYED NATIONAL INSURANCE – this will be reduced from 8% to 6% with effect from 6th April 2024.
EMPLOYEES NATIONAL INSURANCE – Drops by another 2% resulting from 10% to 8% with effect from 6th April 2024.

A lovely family based between London and Dorset is looking for a discreet, personable, empathetic and organised PA, up to 10 (can be less) hours a week (ideally 2 mornings) ASAP. The primary responsibility would be to support the administration of their adult, disabled daughter’s day-to-day life as well as some family admin. Some of the hours can be flexible (and from home) but the family would ideally require one morning working with them in Battersea.
Excellent English and basic office skills required (word processessing, spreadsheets etc)
This could suit someone with young children looking to work during school hours.
