We have availability for one new Res. Desk Associate to join our shared office in Deptford and be a part of our community of artists, writers and curators working on site in a supportive, sharing environment.

Desk rent is £115/m/desk all in and is available to curators, writers, artists etc.
We provide:
✏ 24hr access to 32sqm shared office
✏ Furnished with desk and shelves
✏ Inclusive of utilities & internet
✏ Shared full kitchen and bathroom
✏ Bookable meeting & events space on site
✏ Fully wheelchair accessible site
Terms:
✏ £115 per month rent (paid in advance)
✏ £115 security deposit (refunded subject to terms)
✏ Minimum of 3 months contract, after which 1 month notice required
