We have community health hubs in Sikh Temples (Gurdwaras) where we offer individuals to connect and chat with our volunteers and provide services to support their wellbeing. We also offer free educational workshops on alcohol dependencies, dementia, diabetes, diet & nutrition & eye health, sleep issues and many other topics. Alcohol Free Sikhs
