Join me every Saturday from the 17th of October 10am-11am for my fitness Bootcamp 🔥🔥🔥.
I've put together an amazing 8-week transformation program where we will be solely focusing on reducing body fat, getting you toned, and putting on more muscle.
Each session will be specifically catered to a muscle group and we will be doing HIIT workout, Bodyweight exercises, and weight training. It does not matter what level of fitness you are at, I want to simply push you, make sure that you give it your all and see the results that you can achieve 🤩.
I will be offering ongoing support between sessions, full access to equipment, and yes! We are fully adherence to the Government Covid-19 guidelines. So rest assured that there will be social distancing and sanitizing check out points. Plus staff cleaning the equipment throughout the day.
All you need to do is come on down bring a bottle of water and lets TRAIN!!!!!
How much does it cost?
£20 per session
£60 for 4 sessions ( 4th session is Free)
£120 for 8 sessions ( 7th and 8th Session is Free)

Training has changed my life in ways that I am truly grateful for. Some of you may look at this picture and think here is another muscle head showing off his physique. I get that, but today I post this picture as a proud man. Proud to see that my hard work is paying off and the discipline I have installed in myself has helped shaped my character. I train because its simply what I love doing. Do what you love doing and embrace everything that comes with it.
