Meet our Rock Star of the Month 🌟
Venassa showed up 21 times this month and we couldn’t be prouder. 💛
At the end of last year, Venassa became seriously ill with pneumonia and COVID. When she returned to the studio, even breathing and rebuilding strength was a challenge — but little by little, class by class, she kept going.
Now she’s our Rock Star of the Month 🫶
Such a powerful reminder that progress isn’t always fast or linear… but consistency really does pay off. We’re so proud of you, Venassa ✨

Our super bendy dancing king, Raphael says:
“I actually dont have a favourite pose. I guess it all depends on what I am seeking in the moment. Looking to energise I choose to backbend, unwind and introspect, maybe a forward fold and sometimes I like to wring it all out with a twist!”

Diana tells us why she chose this pose and challenges you to focus on feeling instead of how it looks!
“This posture humbles me every time.
For years, I could move into shapes like this without really using my body. As someone who’s hypermobile, depth came easily—but true engagement didn’t. I was chasing the shape, not the feeling.
It’s taken time (and a lot of unlearning) to rebuild strength, awareness, and a relationship with my nervous system. Now, this pose is less about how deep I can go—and more about how present I can be within it.
I could go lower. I could bind. I could open the chest more. But choosing not to—that’s where the real practice is for me.
This shape might look advanced or even inaccessible, but the benefits aren’t in copying it. They’re in the process:
– Can you stay engaged as you lower down, even a little?
– Can you support your knees, your hips, your lower back?
– Can you let go of the “all or nothing” mindset?
Think less about the final shape, and more about what you feel along the way.”
