Celebrating 25 years - together. As part of our milestone year, we had the pleasure of welcoming some of our clients to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. A beautiful day, wonderful company and a moment to reflect on 25 years of events, partnerships and memories. Thank you to everyone who has been part of the OE story.

The team recently came together for our quarterly meeting, a day to collaborate, problem solve and reflect on an extraordinary start to our 25th year. (Yes, we had delicious branded biscuits)

It's been a busy quarter, with April alone bringing 19 events and 15 onsite across 5 different countries.

Away from the events floor, we have had plenty to celebrate too, Co-Founder Denise Sharpe picked up the Leadership Award at the UK Company Culture Awards 2026, we won Employer of the Year at the CN Agency Awards 2026 and we are proud finalists for Best Event Agency at the Conference and Events Awards 2026.

In an industry that never stops moving, making time to come together to reflect on how far we have come is just as important as planning what is next.

Three years. 220 cybersecurity professionals. Four days in Cascais, Portugal and a partner event built around one thing: the conversations that matter.

For the third year running, we delivered SentinelOne's PartnerOne Conference with product introductions, knowledge exchange and relationship building, all designed around the kind of environment that makes real connection possible. A 7am run club along the Cascais coastline. A BBQ by the pool. On-site personalised merchandise printing. A gala dinner at a private winery.

Our job is to create the environment. The connections are theirs to keep.

Outsourced Events Co-Founder and CEO, Denise Sharpe, has won the Leadership Award at the UK Company Culture Awards 2026!

In Denise's own words:

"Winning this Leadership Award feels really special, particularly in our 25th year. I’ve never seen leadership as having all the answers or being the loudest person in the room. For me, it’s always been about showing up, supporting people, staying calm when things get difficult, and trying to make a positive difference however I can.

I also know I could never have achieved this without my business partner and best friend, Alex. We’ve built this together, always sharing the same values and belief in the kind of business and culture we wanted to create. There have definitely been stressful moments and challenges along the way, so being recognised like this genuinely means a lot.

I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together and very grateful to work with such brilliant people who constantly motivate and support me. I am very excited for what the future will bring as a team."
