Framed in soft green and natural light, a living room that celebrates the quiet charm of this period property.
The woodwork in Sencha (569) from Paint & Paper Library enhances the original features with a subtle depth, while walls and ceiling in Slate II create a gentle tonal balance. The armchair from OKA
adds warmth and character, and the Ruggable UK rug softens the space with texture and pattern.
A thoughtful blend of heritage and comfort, timeless design that lets the architecture shine.

Yesterday we visited the Independent Hotel Show in London at Olympia,
From beautifully curated interiors and boutique design concepts to innovative products and conversations around sustainability and guest experience, the show was packed with inspiration.
I left with a notebook full of ideas (and a few new supplier favourites) ready to bring back to the studio
There’s nothing quite like stepping out of the day-to-day to explore what’s new in the world of hospitality design and coming back brimming with fresh energy and ideas.

Soft morning light meets layered texture.
In this kitchen, every detail was chosen to elevate what was already there. The antique brass tap brings warmth and patina, catching the light in all the right ways, while the café-style sheer curtain with a double pinch pleat diffuses natural light beautifully, adding softness and movement to the space.
A quiet composition of tone, texture and material contrast, proof that small details can completely shift the mood of a room.

The leaves are starting to turn, and autumn is on its way 🍂
There’s something about this season that always pulls us towards cosier tones. Think spiced browns, rich clays, moss greens and soft taupe's that make a home feel instantly warm and inviting.
We’re layering these shades with natural textures like linen, wool, brushed brass and matte black to create spaces that feel timeless, grounded and full of quiet luxury.
Subtle. Sophisticated. Seasonal.
Just how autumn should feel.

Rain outside, calm inside...the perfect excuse to stay cosy indoors. 🌧️
The weather is definitely turning, and with a rain shower seemingly every two minutes, we can’t help but want to curl back into a cosy bed and stay there.
This guest bedroom was designed with comfort in mind, soft layers, calming tones, and a touch of texture to make it feel inviting all year round. We’ve become a little obsessed with Pigeon No.25 by Farrow & Ball for the panelling, it’s such a grounding, calming shade that instantly makes the room feel warmer. Paired with natural wood and muted textiles, the whole space feels timeless and restful.
We’re also loving scallop detailing at the moment, a must when adding softness to a scheme. Here, it’s echoed in the curves of the headboard and the trim of the bedding, keeping the design both on-trend and timeless.
