This is what vShowcards is built for.

Yesterday wasn’t just another panel.
This was a vShowcards room — and you could feel it.

Eight directors and producers.
A room full of actors and filmmakers.
No barriers. No hierarchy. Just real conversation.

And the response was clear:

They get it. They back it. They’re using it.

Because vShowcards does what the industry actually needs —
it connects the right people, fast.

What came out of the session:

• Relationships are the currency — not submissions
• Authenticity beats performance in the room
• Directors want collaborators, not interruptions
• Casting is about trust, clarity, and ease
• Films get made when money, people, and vision align
• Publicity and audience awareness are not optional — they’re leverage
• Your existing network is your starting point, not your limit

And again and again:

People work with people they know, like, and trust.

That’s the whole game.

Massive thanks to:
Danny Patrick
Jamie Donoughue
Donna Sherifi
Samuell Benta
Audrey Sheffield
Darren Vukasinovic
Lindsay Attenborough
Michael Head

And to everyone who showed up and made it what it was.

This is just the beginning.
More rooms. More connections. More films getting made.

Proud moment.Thank you Daniel Patrick .
Being part of The A***n Papers ...a powerful feature produced and directed by Danny Patrick at Empire Productions ...was something special. to be part of a film with such memorable characters? thrilling plot, intriguing relationships and heart stopping twists and turns was just fantastic..
A committed, focused, no-nonsense team.
People who care about the work.
People who show up properly.
That energy matters.

Grateful to have been in the mix with such strong creatives and to contribute to a story with real weight behind it.

Onwards.

Throwback to 2009 — Academy of Science of Acting & Directing.

Back when the work was raw, searching, hungry.

Dark rehearsal rooms.
Long days inside scenes.
Breaking down text, behaviour, impulse, silence.
Learning that acting isn’t performance — it’s psychology in motion.
Directing isn’t control — it’s orchestration of human truth.

We lived inside drama.
Inside plays, characters, mindprints
Inside the mechanics of story.

Mistakes were constant.
Growth was inevitable.
And somewhere in the middle of all that exploration — craft began to take root.

Grateful for the foundations.
Grateful for the teachers.
Grateful for the fellow travellers still walking the road.

Everything since… built on this. šŸŽ¬

There’s a rhythm that lives underneath the skin.

Older than fitness.
Older than performance.
Older even than language.

Capoeira Angola carries that rhythm.

Born in Brazil — but forged in Africa.
A martial art disguised as a dance.
A fight hidden inside a game.
A survival technology created by enslaved people who were forbidden to train, forbidden to resist… so they encoded combat inside music, ritual, and movement.

Freedom training in plain sight.

Every ginga step.
Every low esquiva.
Every circular kick.

A rehearsal for liberation.

Training with You Capoeira in East London — under the watchful eye and deep lineage of Mestre Fantasma — you feel that history breathing through the room.

It’s not just movement.

It’s ancestry.
It’s cunning.
It’s theatre.
It’s courage.

And courage — like flexibility, strength, balance — is perishable.

If you don’t test it…
You don’t trust it.

If you don’t use it…
You lose it.

Which is why I keep returning.

As I age…
As I teach yoga…
As I work as an actor…
As I explore the theatrical body, the ritual body, the fighting body…

Capoeira Angola sits there like an ancient mirror.

Demanding presence.
Demanding humility.
Demanding spirit.

Because whether it’s on stage…
On the yoga mat…
Or inside the roda…

The question is always the same:

How alive are you willing to be?

I love it when my worlds collide.

The yoga world… and the acting world… two paths that have shaped me so deeply in completely different ways — one through stillness, breath, healing and inner work… the other through storytelling, imagination, and stepping into other lives.

So moments like this make me smile.

One of my wonderful yoga students meeting one of my acting supporters here in India — two people who know me through totally different lenses, connecting in the same space. It’s a beautiful reminder that whatever roads we walk, they’re all part of the same journey.

Grateful to teach.
Grateful to perform.
Grateful to travel.
And deeply grateful for the people who support me in both arenas.

Thank you for being part of it all — whether you met me on a yoga mat or on a screen.

Life’s richer when the worlds weave together.

First big international role in a Netflix Original — and I’m honestly still taking it in.
Filmed across Singapore, Thailand, and multiple locations in Mumbai, this was one of those rare jobs that reminds you why you do this.
A great role. A serious scale. An international cast and crew. Long days, big nights, total commitment — and absolute joy.

Deeply grateful. Properly thrilled.
This one stretched me, challenged me, and lit a fire.
Onwards.

Deep respect for India—a nation that had the courage to build and sustain one of the world’s greatest democracies across staggering diversity of language, belief, culture, and history. Democracy here is not tidy or quiet; it is alive, contested, participatory, and deeply human—and that ongoing commitment to voice, choice, and dignity is something the world can genuinely admire.
