We're pleased to announce that Pad Creative is now an accredited member of The Air Charter Association.

There's nothing better than hearing that a client feels proud of the work you've created together.
We recently partnered with the Foodservice Equipment Association (FEA) to develop the brand for NextGen – an initiative designed to inspire young professionals, school leavers, college and university graduates to consider hospitality as a rewarding career path.
Here's what Adam Lawrence had to say about the project:
"We (FEA - Foodservice Equipment Association) briefed Pad on a new initiative that we were bringing to the market - NextGen, a programme designed to inspire young professionals, school leavers, college and university graduates to look towards hospitality as a viable career pathway by telling the stories of people from within the industry.
The brand and messaging needed to be exciting and appeal to the creative nature of our target audience as well as be a cut above the rest.
Through an excellent project nurturing process the team at Pad delivered a brand that truly hit every aspect of our brief and have given us something that we are extremely proud of and will no doubt stand the test of time.

We’re incredibly proud of Pad’s co-owner, Jon, whose charity work was recognised with an invitation to the King’s Garden Party at Buckingham Palace last week.
A real highlight of the day was being introduced to the Duchess of Gloucester, Royal Patron of PSPA , the charity Jon has supported through volunteering, fundraising and awareness campaigns since his dad was diagnosed with this rare condition in 2014.
PSPA supports people living with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy and Corticobasal Degeneration, helping families navigate incredibly difficult circumstances with care, advice and support.
Recognition like this is a reminder of the impact that long-term commitment and genuine advocacy can have, and we couldn’t be prouder to see Jon’s efforts acknowledged in such a special way.

Shaping the future of foodservice.
We recently created a new brand identity for the NextGen Council — an initiative launched by the FEA to support and inspire the next generation of hospitality professionals.
Designed to engage young talent entering the industry, the brand needed to feel energetic, forward-thinking and aspirational, while also reflecting a level of exclusivity and credibility within the sector
From the core identity through to campaign applications across social, print and exhibition, the aim was to create something that stands out, connects with its audience and helps build a strong community around the future of the industry.
A brilliant initiative — and an exciting one to be part of.
