Polysmiths

The Fleet Tavern - a newly opened local gastro pub in the Hampstead Conservation Area. The pub name references River Fleet, an underground river running from Hampstead to the Thames. We worked closely with the owners, through design, planning, and technical delivery, to revive the historic pub interior. With a new open kitchen on the pub floor, the atmosphere is warm, vibrant, and convivial.

The grounds of Japan. A week in Japan went by quickly, some initial snaps starting with the grounds we walked on. Each visit is like an architectural education, how stone, pebbles, boulders, gravel, woven straws, even drain covers, can be a moving and intriguing story.
