At just thirteen years old, Rhys Williams had told his mum that he’d ‘had enough of life’ due to his debilitating skin condition. In an effort to cheer him up, she requested that people send birthday cards to try and cheer him up. Our team member Risa, moved by Rhys’ story, had everyone in the company write birthday cards and well wishes for him, before visiting his house in Bolton to deliver them along with a gift.
