These things shape our thoughts and eventually how we behave and live.

Nate’s challenge in our last session was to follow the path of the cross. Where Jesus gave up his own life in love. As we behold him, we continually die to self and live a resurrected life following his way.

Following today what one step are you taking to behold/follow Jesus?

Nate took us through the whole creed in Session 2. The whole story, but if you had one-shot to show someone Jesus - what piece would you pick?

In John 19, we read “Pilate said to them, “Behold the man!” Right here we see our God, as a man, suffering, wearing a crown of thorns and about to go to the cross for us!

Truly we can echo John’s words years earlier - ““Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!”

What did you learn from Session 2?

We live in a culture where our eyes & ears are for sale…

Where is all our scrolling leading? Where is all our eyes and ear attention leading us to?

We heard this morning of a passage, a story, a truth, a person that leads to LIFE.
