Supporting players beyond the game 📚

Leicester Tigers players recently completed their Level 2 Coaching Award, delivering their own sessions as part of the course.

Funded by the RPA, creating opportunities to build skills alongside their playing careers.

From rugby into elite football.

Alex Davis is now a Human Performance Coach with the U21s at Brentford FC, supporting young players to develop on and off the pitch.
