Preserved lemons with grated beets - SO BEAUTIFUL AND DELICIOUS! 😍
I was teaching a ferments workshop at our April retreats and we made preserved lemons and beets (in separate jars) and I had a thought - how beautiful would it be to add graded beets to the lemons - the result is a beautiful color and a subtle sweetness added to the already so yummy lemons - I love experimenting in the kitchen! 😍
