Before you start posting, though, take a look at our house rules. These guidelines are in place to make sure you feel right at home in our community. Here's the serious bit…
• We take offensive behaviour very seriously. We'll delete any threatening or abusive posts – this means anything discriminatory, obscene, fraudulent or offensive.
• Don't swear or use inappropriate language – this includes slang or swearwords with asterisks/symbols replacing letters. If you do, your message will be removed.
• Comments that threaten any person, employee or the organisation will be taken down.
• We reserve the right to remove comments that are false, or make any fake claims against TUI or its competitors.
• Strictly no spam – this includes deliberately disrupting the wall with repeat posts. Repeat offenders will be banned from the page.
• Any promotional links that are not related to, or authorised by, TUI will be removed.
• Nudity is a no-no. Photographs or videos that could offend other community members will be taken down.
• Posting on someone else's behalf? You'll need to make sure you get their permission – this covers videos and photos, too.

After spending almost a decade as a holiday rep in the Algarve, it’s safe to say that Donna, from our Huddersfield store, knows this Portuguese favourite pretty well 🇵🇹️
Donna first headed to the Algarve in 1996, and what started as a job soon turned into a lifelong love for the destination.
Since returning to the UK, Donna has visited more than 30 times – from relaxing on the quieter shores of Praia da Coelha to sampling the local food in Guia.
“Guia is known as the home of Chicken Piri Piri, and for good reason. There’s plenty of authentic, local restaurants - they’re often busy and a bit no-frills in places, but the food feels properly local” 😋
And when it comes to where to stay, Donna has a favourite too: “The Tivoli Marina in Vilamoura is probably the best I’ve stayed in. It’s got that ideal location between the marina and the beach. I spent a lot of time in Vilamoura during my rep days, so I love going back now and having dinner and drinks around the marina”️
Today, Donna gets to use her first-hand experience to help customers plan their own holidays to a destination she still loves ✈️
