Advice4Renters (formerly Brent Private Tenants' Rights Group (BPTRG)) runs a Private Tenants' Advice Centre providing free specialist housing advice, advocacy and casework... Advice4Renters (Brent Private Tenants' Rights Group) runs a Housing Advice Centre providing free specialist housing advice and representation for low income renters who are eligible for legal aid. Thanks to Government restrictions on the type of issues legal aid can cover, we are limited to advice on disrepair, homelessness, possession action, landlord harassment and illegal eviction. Get in touch to find out how we are helping private renters collectively at our Renter Rights Pop-Up Cafe and campaign with us for more rights such as security of tenure and controls on rents.
