Toyota has unveiled new images of its TR010 Hybrid, just before the racing car's debut this month at the 6 Hours of Imola. The event will mark the firm's 100th WEC race using hybrid power. The car features a fresh livery, with white elements said to be "inspired by the concept of wind." It is equipped with a 3.5-litre twin-turbo V6 engine that operates on 100% renewable racing fuel and can produce "over" 700 bhp. Since rejoining WEC in 2012, Toyota has only used hybrid technology, achieving 13 world titles and 49 race victories, including five at the Le Mans 24 Hours...

Ariel has introduced its fastest, most powerful model yet, the Atom "4RR".
Created to celebrate the British firm's 25th anniversary, the road-legal racer boasts 525 bhp and is said to weigh under 700kg, achieving a power-to-weight ratio exceeding 780 bhp/tonne. It accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in just 2.4 seconds and reaches 100 mph in 5.1 seconds. The exterior features design modifications such as new carbon-fibre side pods for better engine and gearbox cooling, along with carbon-fibre mudguards and aerofoils that further decrease the car's weight. Only 25 are set to be made, each priced at a whopping £208,000!

British race car manufacturer Lola has brought back the Mk3B T70, which famously finished first and second in the 1969 Daytona 24 Hours. The new model, named the "T70S GT", will return as a road-going supercar with 500 bhp, featuring an aluminium chassis and a 6.2-litre Chevy V8 combined with a six-speed Hewland manual gearbox. Additionally, there will be a track-only version with 530 bhp, powered by a 5.0-litre Chevy V8 and a five-speed Hewland gearbox; this version will be lighter at 860 kg, giving it a power-to-weight ratio of 616 bhp per tonne. Notably, the bodywork for both variants is constructed from a 'world first' 100% natural composite that reportedly contains no petrochemical components whatsoever...
