It is with tremendous sadness that we have to tell you of the death of one the most wonderful people we have worked with here at Co-Opera Co. Andy Armistead.

Andy was with us in 2014 for our Summer Development Programme where he sang the roles of the Badger and the Parson in The Cunning Little Vixen.

Here was a voice of such richness and warmth, matched by an innate stage presence.

Andy had come to singing later in life and was set to have a wonderful career. But sadly that is not to be.

Our thoughts and prayers go to his freinds and family at this tragic time.

Andy, you will be missed not just by those close to you but by the profession which has lost a star in the making.

This is a strange one but ........
We - Co-Opera Co. - have just been approached by Twofour, an award-winning TV production company behind shows like Educating Yorkshire (Channel 4), The Jump (ITV), Kitchen Impossible (Channel 4) and Harry’s South Pole Heroes (ITV).

They are looking to speak with people about their past relationships for a brand new television documentary series.

In their words .......... The show will be a warm-hearted and genuine look at the ups and downs of real relationships, paying specific attention to individuals who are struggling to move on from a past relationship. It’s very much a constructive take on how resolving any issues after a relationship makes it easier to move forward in a positive way. This will be a sensitive documentary and away from the world of trashy, reality TV. The programme will be thought-provoking, honest and therapeutic. We hope to help individuals by bringing ex-partners together in a safe environment so they can ask the questions they have always wanted answering.

The attachement shows who to contact if you are interested in being involved
