If the home is where the heart is, the sofa's the heartbeat.

It’s the place we feel most at home, a haven from the outside world, where everything becomes manageable from the moment we flop.

It’s our basecamp for everything that the world throws at us.

So it needs to be, well, Snug.

Being Snug sets you free from life’s constraints.

It’s about pure, perfect cosiness that nudges the reset button and gets you back to neutral. It creates a space to grow, to be creative and to just be as you are.

Where is your Snug Space?

Feeling round shoulders, aching back, tired?

All of these can be a result of a week hunched over your desk at work and take a bit of a shine off your weekend plans.

Take some inspiration from one our amazing speakers as he shares his two favourite shoulder stretches.

Roger suggests 'starting with just a stick or dumbbell and build it up with extra weight' to get really a good stretch.
