To conclude mental health awareness week, (albeit a little late!) We are proud to support charity who specialise in supporting those who work in construction with their mental health.

As a company we encourage and support our staff with all aspects of their wellbeing, and would urge anyone struggling to make contact with the guys at the lighthouse club.

This week on ASR’s social handles, we will be devoting this space to being open and honest about , specifically in our industry.

The statistics we have found are shocking, and whilst we can see the start of a shift in the right direction to breaking down the stigma attached to professionals in our industry feeling they can be open about their own mental health, we want to spend the week asking is it enough? What more can we do, both as a company and as individuals?
