It was such a pleasure to sit down with and chat about her directorial debut, My Mothers Wedding!

It's a film about family, love, loss and all the complexities that come with them. Do go and support it when you can as these are exactly the kind of stories that deserve to be seen on the big screen.🎬

I'm also so excited that this was the first of 10 Everyman Film Club events we're hosting partnered with as part of Soundtracking's 10th anniversary celebrations. With a shared love of storytelling, great craftsmanship and creating memorable experiences, I can't wait for what's to come.

Stroud’s outdoor lido is under threat and we need your help to save it. 💙

Out of nowhere, have announced they want to close Stratford Park Lido permanently, citing £5m of repairs including non-essential changes the pool has never even had. We don’t think this adds up.

This pool has brought joy to tens of thousands of people across Stroud for generations, including 3 generations of my family. Families, kids, wild swimmers, first timers. People of every age and background. It is part of who we are as a community.

If it closes now, we fear it will never reopen. And that would break our hearts. 💔

We are asking Stroud District councillors to reject the closure, keep the lido open this summer, and work with us on its future. That’s all we want.
