The quest for absolute transcendence continues… I return to play in Rio De Janeiro after 17 long years and am joined by my brother and for a one-off ‘Mystery Dance’ special.

is an intimate venue with a cosy cabaret style interior boasting a great sound-system and conveniently located in Zona Sul. An extremely limited number of tickets are available due to it’s small capacity so it’s highly recommended to purchase them in advance via the link in my bio. It feels strange to be posting anything at the moment whilst a vile unjust war rages in the Ukraine directly affecting many of my dear friends in Kyiv. Saying that, this is also an opportunity to release the mind and take some rest bite momentarily.

It’s very nice to have Hampus joining me as my special guest at Brilliant Corners this Saturday. He’s a top man with impeccable taste who has an innate skill at unearthing killer obscurities for his shop Between us, we’ll be loaded with some of our most treasured finds from over the years so it has the potential to be a magical evening musically. If you don’t have a table booking please arrive early to avoid disappointment as it’s looking busy. Free all night 7pm-1.30am.

I will be dedicating the evening to my friends in Kyiv. 🇺🇦🕊♥️

It’s a pleasure to be asked back to contribute to Hampus’ first-class free-thinking show.

It felt right to put together a mix that draws upon my experiences in the past year and the inspiring unforgettable locations I was fortunate enough to visit through my work. Naturally each trip combined obsessive excursions to local flea markets and record shops in a feverish attempt to unearth vinyl. Needless to say some of these vinyl discoveries feature in this mix fused of course with some of my favourite new and not so new music releases.

I took the photo in the flyer here whilst shooting a film in the Serra Da Estrela mountains in Portugal last June. It captures a goat herder leaving his home at the break of dawn. The mystical landscape in this image and some of my other photographs I have shared here are befitting tonally of the music to be expected in the show.
