It was my first day doing the stair master challenge with and I obviously killed it duhhhh 🤪
I hurt my back two weeks ago whilst using the squat machine and oh my daysssss! Health truly is wealth guys so I’m just taking it easy unfortunately until it’s better.
Also apologies for the quality this gym has the worst lighting. I need to find a solution for this 🤔
