“I grew up in the kitchen watching my grandmothers, aunt Lilly, aunt Liliana, and my beautiful mother cooking. For me food means home, family, love and tradition. Leveraging on my international experience I’ve have gone back to my roots to deliver delicious food that combines excellent traditional ingredients with the missing link of healthy nutrition. I have choosen a minimal and elegant north european setting, because the only real protagonist is our delicious homemade and handmade food every day. “
