Our STOTT PILATES® Intensive Reformer students have officially begun their training journey — and what a start.
They’re diving into the Biomechanical Principles, strengthening their anatomical language, working through the Essential repertoire, building into Intermediate work, and learning how to teach from one body in front of them to a small group of five.
This is not just a 10-day course.
It’s:
40 hours of training
30+ hours of preparation before they even arrive
10 hours of observation
25 hours of practice teaching
40 hours of physical review
Then written and practical exams within approximately 6 months.
That’s commitment.
That’s discipline.
That’s the work behind becoming a teacher.
And these students?
They showed up, took it on, supported each other, and demonstrated that they absolutely can do it.
