SO excited to announce this upcoming concert. My first ticketed gig under my own name in London since 2024 wtf
I wish I was better with words so I could articulate how this feels. Trust me when I say it’s just going to be really really good. I would love to see many of the wonderful jazz community that we have in London show up for this one!
Jakob is flying over especially from Cologne, Germany! He’s very special. What’s more, I’ve booked a group that is definitely going to blow your minds, and mine. Can’t wait!
Many thanks to Will Sach for making me a poster!!!!

Exciting news! I will be running my own first ever full-day jazz workshop. ‘North London Jazz’ has, so far, been a weekly series of term-time jazz workshops happening at the brilliant Jacksons Lane Arts Centre in Highgate (starting up again from 15/09/25!), but is now branching out for this inaugural Summer Jazz Workshop Day, where you can develop your improvisation skills in a fun and supportive environment, culminating in a short and informal concert !!
The participants of the workshop will also have the chance to play with a pro rhythm section.
All ages are welcome - a basic command of your instrument is necessary and some experience of improvisation.
Wednesday 20 August, 10am - 5pm at
There is an EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT for those who sign up by 1st August. Hurry - spaces are limited!
*Please forward the poster to your students/friends/peers who might be interested in signing up* !

Hello! I am playing at in Wood Green this coming Thursday 5th June 8pm, a great club which is just a stones throw from Alexandra Palace or Wood Green stations. Serving amazing vegan food (but not essential to eat!).
I’ll be joined by on violin and vocals, Will Barry on piano, on double bass and Mark Taylor on drums.
It will be mostly straight-ahead with some of our originals thrown in too.
Dom and I have been playing music together for approximately 24 years, since we started violin lessons together in 2001. I was 4 years old and he was 5. He carried on with the violin. I moved on to cello, retiring at age 6. Some time later I discovered the trombone and I’ve never looked back! It’s always a luxury for me to play with my brother, he really is a magical musician. Music flows through him in a beautiful way, and if you’ve heard him before you’ll know exactly what I mean.
It would be really great to see you!
P.S. extra points if you can guess who is who in this picture
