Mixing vocals today and all I could think was: thank you.
“Gratitude is the memory of the heart.”
Funny how the best songs come when your heart is full. This one’s special. It’s boring into my soul in the most beautiful way and it’s more surprising how a vocal session turns into a gratitude journal.

More times, I am am the producer who cross the Ts and Dot the Is but In this session, I wasn’t chasing perfection or volume.
I was creating space.
Space for the voices.
Space for the listener.
Space for God to move.
Mixing “Holy” isn’t about how loud it hits;it’s about how deep it lands.
As Mixing engineers, sometimes our job is to step back so the message can step forward.

In awe. In solitude. In worship. 🙏🏽
While mixing the vocals for “Holy” by Kaystrings, I couldn’t hold back the tears — every harmony, every breath carried the weight of God’s presence.
What began as a session became a sacred encounter.

There’s a cohesiveness in these sounds that can only come from genuine worship — the kind that fills rooms, and soon, will fill arenas.
This is “Holy”.
