⏰ Onboarding Foundation Trainee Pharmacists

A reminder for Designated Supervisors who are due to welcome a Foundation Trainee Pharmacist in 2026/27: please ensure you complete your supervisor registration form by midday on 15 June 2026. ✅

Foundation Trainee Pharmacists can only start within the following windows:

☀️ Summer window: 13 July 2026 to 3 August 2026
🍂 Autumn window: 19 October 2026 to 9 November 2026
The autumn window is for exceptional circumstances only.

⚠️ Delays in completing registration may result in the trainee being ineligible to start in the summer window and being deferred to the autumn window by NHS England.

📩 Please look out for emails from the NHS England team, as these contain important instructions and links required to complete the registration process.
