Designed for ages 6-12 (but fun for all🫶)
Digesting Science is an educational course that aims to teach children from the age of 6 – 12 years old with a parent with MS about what happens in the disease. The course is a great opportunity to meet the scientists from our group at Queen Mary, University of London and learn about the science of the condition in a fun and engaging way. A new book to help kids understand MS 🥹🫶🥲
The MS Society UK new book "What is MS to Me?" helps children understand MS in a really thoughtful way.
It was a pleasure to be part of the co-production process to develop it alongside some brilliant families (swipe through to meet the whole team !) and insights from Digesting Science 🧠🫶.
Margaret Sturton Illustration ’s illustrations are brilliant, making the book feel welcoming and playful. Such an important part of helping children connect with big ideas like MS.
Reading it with my own children was such a joy!
