For over four decades, the Commonwealth Youth Programme has provided assistance to governments in developing and implementing youth-focused policies and programmes. We also work with young people to drive youth-led initiatives, and provide technical assistance for national, regional and international organisations, as well as youth networks on various thematic areas. 20 exceptional young changemakers have been shortlisted for the award where a winner will be chosen from each of the five regions of the Commonwealth 🌍

The awards will also recognise the 2026 Commonwealth Young Person of the Year and the new Patsy Robertson Award for Outstanding Communications Skills.
