Aura Clearing- healing energy is used to clear anything stuck in the aura and to seal any cracks. The subtle body has 4 layers: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. The aura cleansing process brings balance to the layers.

Cord Cutting - a subtle yet instantaneous energetic process to help heal relationships past and present.

Ancestral Healing - working with your lineages to resolve patterns carried through the generations that might continue to have an impact on your life.

I’ve had such a trip with Arthurian energies this year. This card represents quite well the qualities that accompany the Camelot stream of energy. From full past life recall to the times when King Arthur’s rule, connecting with the magic of the land in Wales, working with the energy of Merlin, being awarded Excalibur at the end of a 10-day silent retreat to hearing and seeing signs and symbols of Camelot absolutely everywhere.

Not having given the legend much thought beyond watching Excalibur in the 80s, it has been a surprising adventure. I’ve witnessed different angles to the stories, smelt the air, felt the living magic. I was shown, truly, how King Arthur really was the land, how this Druid king drew magic to the surface of the earth and when he died, the magic went with him.

Merlin works with me in some (not all) healings and he is a phenomenal healer, his energy appearing as pink smoke. Excalibur is more present and eager to literally cut out any negativity in the aura and provide protection. A great friend.

Born in England but not native, it has been a surprise to learn of a personal connection with such deep land energies and has been one of my favourite healing experiences this year.

The qualities described on this card are my highest values along with integrity. Being a Healer demands you are fierce, kind and true so healing energy can flow cleanly through you, that you have enough fire to reach the gods.

Healing is about the graceful restoration of lost and buried bits of ourselves, to realise our wholeness again. The consolidation from collecting and integrating these little fragments can be experienced as a growing sense of personal power. When you are in your power you might feel more confident in taking risks, as the sense of wholeness protects you from being too rocked by loss. Your very being might command more presence, more opportunities could be magnetised your way.

There are a few approaches to increase personal power through healing. Soul Rescue focusses on recalling, healing and integrating lost parts of ourselves. Pieces of us that remain frozen in a tricky childhood moment or stuck with someone we lost.

In Chakra Balancing you can work with the yellow Solar Plexus chakra above the navel. This chakra is a place where we can find issues around personal power or power struggles with other. It might be too open if we are dominating, or faint and closed up if we struggle to assert ourselves. When this chakra is balanced we might feel sure of ourselves and our abilities, while also being accepting of how others are, without needing to control them or judge their actions.

The minor magenta Power Chakra just below the navel is interesting, it is a storehouse of energetic power. You might experience it kicking in when you are tired while climbing a big hill but then experience a sudden, unexpected surge of energy to help you finish. It will feed you that extra drive when completing a big project. It’s next to the placenta for those who have wombs and grow babies using the extra stored energy. When you ‘dig down deep’ for inner resource, that’s where you dig to. It’s a great second battery but can become depleted through burnout or trauma. Long periods of rest and good personal boundaries can help to create the space to recharge it again.

The possible expression of clear and beaming chakras.

Chakra balancing works with the core modes of expression in the body. We can get a lot of information through connecting with and witnessing these energy centres. The Chakra Balance Healing practice aims to dissolve blockages to open the chakras or to soothe those that are too open and over compensating. When the chakras are balanced we might feel peaceful, happy, expanded, energetic, accepting, inspired and connected.

Happy New Year my lovelies!!!!

Since I woke this morning I have been seeing healing energy pouring onto earth like a waterfall, keeping smokey clouds at bay. I felt America wake up throughout the day. I felt the polls open. I felt many others meditating for peace.
I keep seeing energyrgrams (visuals in the style of solarised photographs) of Clinton on a podium alternating with Trump. There is a white collar on both. Maybe or I hoped it rested a bit longer on Clinton - it's hard to remove worry here. Tapping in to the effulgent energy through meditation was extraordinary, think I was gone an hour and a half receiving the beautiful healings and the notion that everything was ok. All is well my beauties, in this moment all is ok.
