From university to a career in accountancy: meet Tabitha and Thomas.💼

After completing their degrees, Tabitha and Thomas chose the ICAEW Level 7 apprenticeship route as an opportunity to continue developing
their knowledge while gaining valuable experience in industry.

As Frasers Group apprentices, they have balanced their studies alongside their roles within the Group Finance team, applying what they’ve learnt directly to their day-to-day work.

As they reflect on their different apprenticeship experiences so far, they share what they’ve learnt: from developing their technical knowledge and professional skills to managing the demands of work and study and building confidence along the way.💡

They also share the role that support has played throughout their journey, both from their colleagues and from the team at First Intuition Birmingham.
