Our food is imaginative and designed to highlight our love of fresh ingredients, expertly sourced to deliver bold, seasonal flavours and beautifully presented dishes. Whether the menu is simple, modern, elegant, fusion, comforting or cutting edge we can design the dishes to suit all of our clients’ individual needs, whilst obtaining only the highest quality ingredients to create vibrant and exciting culinary delights. It is imperative to us that our menus resonate with our clients on a personal level and that our food holds an emotional attachment. We can aid and trigger this by prompting memories of nostalgic foods from guests’ childhoods or a special moment from the past. We endeavour to give these a modern twist by revisiting and reinventing the historic methods used to produce these delights. With evolving cooking techniques, we stay at the forefront of the most innovative and modern cooking methods to ensure our menus reflect the quality, taste and delivery of a five star standard. We also understand the importance of being a flexible caterer. With our philosophy centred on unforgettable food with quality ingredients, we appreciate that client budgets vary however the importance of these values cannot be lost. Darren Deadman, alongside his team, has devised an elegant and well-designed menu concept that allows three tiers of menu offerings – Classic, Bespoke and Fine Dining – each unique unto themselves which increase in complexity, finesse and price respectively. A dedicated member of our passionate Sales Team will work with you from initial quote through to the day of your event, offering you full support throughout the event process to ensure that the final event meets all your expectations and is unique to you. Create’s values centre on delivering a highly bespoke and creative catering service and our reputation for reliability, creativity and attention to detail keeps our clients returning to work with us year after year.

This dramatic glass vaulted venue in the heart of Canary Wharf provides a spectacular setting for a variety of events for up to 1,000 guests. Located opposite Canary Wharf underground station, East Wintergarden provides 700 square metres of uninterrupted, flexible space and further benefits from a mezzanine level and waterside terrace - it also happens to be one of favourites!
