Dear Loyal Customers and Friends,



I want to tell you a short story about the PC Service:



Once upon a time, when PC Service was a one-man band and really wasn’t even called that yet, I had to make a call to a customer who needed some help with a computer issue.

As usual, I introduced myself with my name but the person who answered the call was really confused, he did not know me in person and kept on asking who I am and from where I had his number. As I was trying to explain what I do, and why I was calling, the person stopped me in the middle and asked irritated – but where are you calling from?!



And it hit me, well… I was just Tom Breza, who fixes machines, there is no name to my business, so I was taken by surprise: My company needs a name!

In a few seconds that felt like an eternity, I blurted out: I am calling from….. ekhmmm PC Service. I am calling from PC Service.



I had no idea if I could use such a name, but it had a good sound to it and it described exactly what I was doing. I was there helping people with their computers. If there was a machine that didn’t work well, I knew how to fix that.

And all of that happened 24 years ago!



Since then, my business grew and changed, we got more people with better experience and knowledge. A few years later we expanded to support the Apple ecosystem, then Linux, and finally cloud arrived with its all complexities.

These days our knowledge is deeper and more focused on what is happening in the market, expanding accordingly.

At first PC Service was just simply a company that repaired computers, build some desktops, and provided a bit of support.

Later we stop building and instead concentrated on the service side.

If you would ask us now what we do, the best description would be Managed Service Provider or IT support.

So, what do we do exactly?
Well, we do:

- Support for Desktop/Laptop/Mobile (some people call these endpoints)

- Server support and maintenance

- Backups

- Security such as setting up firewalls and other advanced protection gizmos, antivirus, and network scanning.

- Management of the cloud from Microsoft and Google.

- Setting up and management of Multifactor authentication.

- Help with license management and domain management

- We are helping many businesses with preparation to obtain ISO 27001

Plus, many more.

However, we were still called PC Service. Many customers told us that we have outgrown the name and it was hurting us as many new potential clients tough of us as just a simple repair shop.

Finally, we decided that we must change our branding and from now on you will find us under the new name, which is closer to what we do.

So as if by magic, as of October 2022 PC Service is officially changing its name to Operum.Tech.


You can still find us under PC Service here in there, however, we will slowly but surely go away from this name to give you time to readjust and get our new contact details in place.

Day 26 of our challenge.
So far we have walked, run, or cycled over 2179km/ 1353Miles, meaning we only have 132Km/82miles left to cover. In around 1 day we will reach the centre of Kyiv!

While we have almost reached our target in kilometers we are still far away with our fundraising.

Day 25

We are approaching Kyiv with 2102KM/ 1306Miles!!!

It’s hard to believe but we are almost there, however, our fundraising has only reached 39% of the target so please dig deep in your pockets and donate if possible!

Day 22

We have approached Varash, Ukraine with 1850km/ 1149 Miles but as we force our way through to Kyiv our thought are occupied by what’s about to happen tomorrow!

As tomorrow is the BIG DAY!
Tom is going to take on a massive challenge to solo walk/run 100km in 24h!

Day 20

PC Service is going STRONG!
We have crossed the Polish – Ukrainian border with 1693Km / 1051Miles, which means we are now in the war-torn country.

At this moment we will call once again for an end to the aggression and the bloodshed, to stand up for freedom and self-determination, for sovereignty and independence.
We are united with Ukraine and we will fight for the most vulnerable ones – our children!

Day 19

First of all, we hope all of you have been showered with blessings, love, and peace this Easter!

Secondly, we walked so far 1611km / 1000miles!!!

We have also just passed the last big city in Poland, Lublin, which means our next stop will be the Polish-Ukraine border, which gives us chills.

If this walk wasn't virtual, we would be looking at stepping into a war zone, switching our running shoes for military ones, gearing up with guns and bullet vests, not fit bits.....

So while we enjoyed spending time with our loved ones, eating, sharing gifts, and laughter our walking challenge gave us some time to think about those less fortunate.
It's incredibly sad and frustrating that in the name of power, people are dying, so we are determined to continue our walk to help those most vulnerable- children affected by the war in Ukraine.

Day 13 - WE ARE HALFWAY!!!

We are ahead of Zielona Gora in Poland. During 12 days ( We have covered 1112KM or 692 Miles.
Over 60% on foot and 40% on bikes.

but we do this for one and only reason.
