- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish

1. Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
3. Arrange the seasoned chicken in the center of a large baking sheet.
4. Add the broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and bell pepper around the chicken. Drizzle a little more olive oil over the veggies and season with salt and pepper.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
6. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley.
