Alot of us live in cities making it difficult to get much silence, so if you can today try and get to a park, green space or just go for a walk away from any main streets. No phones, tablets, heads or books, just try to enjoy the moment and a little quiet.

Happy Monday, if you're in a part of the World that'll see the Solar Eclipse today don't forget to not look directly at the sun, view the solar eclipse through an eclipse viewer or via eclipse sunglasses. Alternatively you can make a viewer with a piece of cardboard.
