Amazing season and what a great championship. Only possible thanks to many people. Thanks all the staff Racing Hondas for the planning, running, live stream, commentary etc it’s all absolute top tier. Thanks Jake, Luke & Dave at Motion Motorsport for keeping my car perfect all season & AXIA Futures for all their backing. So much love to everyone that comes to support me at every race plus everyone who watch’s live Richard, Kathrin, James and little Evie but also my dad who gets dragged rain and shine absolutely everywhere! Also my extended family - the Rico’s, Elsie, Ronnie, Nelle, Piers and Esmay but cannot forget Sam who’s at every race so much so he’s now got the bug and will be on the grid for 2026 👊🏼

Racing Hondas Championship from Knockhill Racing Circuit 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
Well it’s fair to say we got a taste of all the weather in Scotland! We had a dry quali and Race 1 and seriously wet race 2! We managed pole and win in race 1 and in the wet came through from the reverse grid for the win, even getting to overtake and annoy some class A cars 🤓 well worth the long trek. 2 weeks time we go again for the series finale at Snett

Round 5 of Racing Hondas Championship from Oulton Park. Was looking forward to this, never raced the full Oulton track, we couldn’t get to do any testing yet again which is a bit frustrating so was going in cold on race day but we managed a P1 in quali with P1 Race 1 and P2 from the reverse grid race 2, when managed to get up to P2, Ry was off in the distance after some great moves and then a red flag ended us a little early. Thanks to Motion Motorsport and AXIA Futures as always and my family and friends that come to every round 🤗 we go again next week at Brands!

Round 4 of Racing Hondas Championship from Snetterton . Always good to be back here! We managed pole position and 2 wins 🏆 second race reverse grid was definitely hard fought, great battles trying to come through! Still trying to get on top of the new brakes and tyres, we aren’t there yet but making big changes every race searching - looking forward to our next round at Oulton. Thanks again to Motion Motorsport & AXIA Futures and everyone who came and supported 🙌🏼

We’re back for Round 4 of Racing Hondas Championship tomorrow at Snetterton. Nice little break but can’t wait to get back out there!

Dan Thackeray leads the Racing Hondas standings outright as the championship makes a first ever appearance on Snetterton’s full-length 300 circuit configuration this weekend.

Thackeray has been defeated just once in six rounds so far – when his Civic EP3 hit a technical snag at Brands Hatch, allowing Motion Motorsport team-mate and reigning 2024 Champ Ryan Cunningham to steal the win.

Dan Thackeray still leads the Racing Hondas Championship overall despite his 100% unbeaten run in Class B coming to an end at Brands Hatch.

Thackeray had been leading the B runners in the first of Brands’s two races only for a mechanical issue to force his Civic EP3 into retirement.

Round 3 of Racing Hondas Championshipfrom Brands Hatch So….. Brands still doesn’t like me then, feel a little cursed there 😅 We had to retire from the lead in race 1 with a loss of power, after qualifying on pole. Thanks to Motion Motorsport for managing to sort the issue but that meant starting race 2 from the back but after a really enjoyable race with good battles we managed to bring it home p1. Thanks so much to everyone that came and supported, big crew there! Now a little break before Snetterton which is always a favourite 👊🏼

Round 2 of Racing Hondas Championship Donington Park. Great weekend for us and the team. We managed a pole and 2 wins, really enjoyed race 1 in the wet making a nuisance of ourselves with the bigger Class A boys, just needed a bittttt more rain to fall but great racing. Next stop Brands Hatch! Thanks as always to Motion Motorsport my car and AXIA Futures for their support and everyone that came to the track or watched online 🙌🏼

Dan Thackeray has taken an early outright points lead in the Racing Hondas Championship thanks to two commanding victories in Class B at Cadwell Park.

Thackeray achieved the maximum score possible across the season’s opening two rounds with a pair of wins plus full bonus points for qualifying on pole position and setting the fastest lap in class in both races.
