Helping overcome body discomfort & mental anxiety related to food & weight loss & achieve self-acceptance & confidence for long-term health success

Hey, I am Justina. Thanks for stopping by. I am just an ordinary person who tries to live as healthy a lifestyle as possible in modern times. Like many of you, I struggled with my health journey especially when I moved into my 30’s. I tried many different diets, I was even vegan for almost 4 years. I tried so many different exercise regimes and followed so much advice on the internet and the books

Spreading good vibes and giggles, not drama—because strong women lift each other up, not tear each other down.

Sometimes, you just have to look up and believe that greater things are on the horizon. Like a plane soaring above, your dreams can take flight too. Keep your head high and your hopes higher — the sky is not the limit, it’s just the beginning. 🌤️✈️

No matter what you’re facing today, keep pushing forward. Challenges build strength and every setback is just setting you up for a comeback.

Trust yourself, and remember — everything works out in the end. You’ve got this! 💪✨

Walking can be a fantastic way to experience your surroundings, no matter where you live—whether in a bustling city, a quiet small town, or a rural area.

If you want to make your walks more enjoyable, try picking new routes or unfamiliar neighbourhoods to explore. This simple habit can turn an ordinary walk into an adventure, letting you see new places, notice interesting details, and break out of your routine.

For example, this is how I do it in London: I love discovering the city by choosing random streets I’ve never walked before. Each stroll becomes an exploration, as I find hidden corners, stumble upon charming shops, and see unexpected sights. It’s a fun way to keep active, get my steps in, and keep my curiosity alive while enjoying everything London has to offer.

Trauma forges unstoppable resilience. 💥

That’s why survivors don’t just play it safe—they chase mountains, waves, and moments that make them feel truly alive.

Extreme sports aren’t about escaping; they’re about rising up, taking back your power, and showing the world you’re stronger than anything you’ve faced. Every leap, every climb, every victory is proof: you’re a force to be reckoned with.

Keep pushing. You’re built for greatness.
And remember—some of us cope with trauma through extreme sports, while others choose different paths. That’s all okay. We all deal with trauma in our own way, and every journey matters.
