Let's all focus on bringing those numbers up for Eastern Europe in 2026! We have been trying hard for the past three years to change the trend for Eastern Europe. There are multiple benefits for employers when working with part-timers! We've seen greater flexibility (for both sides), higher productivity and better employer employee relations with part-time roles.
