RESIDENTIAL UPGRADES 🏡
Re-wire and upgrades completed a couple years ago at the beautiful , including additional features such as:
▪️LED strip lighting recessed into the handrail, and;
▪️External brick lighting to light up the garden steps

OUTSIDE LIGHTING UPGRADE 💡
We installed 15 LED up & down wall lights around the outside of our client‘s lovely home, alongside new LED GU10 lamps into existing soffit down lights🌳🏠

LUXURY BATHROOM 🛁 💡
We helped our client to achieve their dream bathroom with LED feature lighting surrounding their freestanding bath, using GL019 LED mini ground light 3000k. We also installed a underfloor heating mat to take the chill off🔥

UNDER-THE-STAIR WINE RACK🍷
Our client chose to make the most of the space under their stairs and had a custom wine rack built. We helped to complete the look with an LED strip light💡

INDUSTRIAL GARAGE LIGHTING💡
Garage emergency lighting rewire, using galvanised 20mm conduit with a selection of 5ft non-corrosive and bulkhead fittings⚙️

PORCH UPGRADE🏠
Upgraded existing outside down lights due to non-IP rated bulbs. Original bulbs were replaced with brushed chrome IP rated down lights💡

SECURITY LIGHTING INSTALLATION💡
Out with the old and in with the new✔️50W LED colour switchable PIR security lighting for our client in Farnborough Park🏡

BEFORE AND AFTER✅
▪️Installed wall mounted vanity unit with built in shaver socket and LED light, operated by a touch free sensor
▪️Replaced the existing 4inch fan with a higher performance 6inch timer and humidity fan, with new ducting and external back draft grill
