They say it’s a year… but really it’s only been nine months. The same amount of time I carried my children.

This has truly been a transformative journey not only for my work but also for me. I see myself in a new light. Clearer and stronger. I still have moments of self doubt and anxiety. But there is a new strength and will inside of me. A knowledge that I can get through whatever I set my mind to.

Thats a gift. One I wish all could experience.

I am so grateful for the support, encouragement and love I’ve felt along the way. You’ve helped carry me through, and for that I am forever grateful.
