Some of my favourite graphic spreads from the brand new 2023 How To Start A Business guide.

The issue is packed with stunning photography, but equally there is a lot of in-depth written content, offering advice and guides for all aspects of setting up your own company. To bring this to life, we established a flexible grid for the issue that could allow for playful layouts and more breathing room.

Each chapter has its own colour and the pages feature thumb-cut tabs for easy navigation. Hand-written notes and scribbles add a personal feel throughout the book, and wonderful illustrations by and bring vibrancy and personality 😍

New work ✨

A brochure for showcasing their their range of workplace accessories.

Based on their existing brand, the book took on a decidedly Modernist aesthetic, using Neue Haas Grotesk throughout. The finished document is A5 size, 64 pages, with cut-short dividers. It is saddle stitched with looped staples, with a view to being collated with future documents in the same format.

There is a change of paper stock to add tactility, and an option of three different covers: tabriz blue, marrs green and mandarin.
