We recently hosted a wellness morning at Two Temple Place, beginning with movement and breathwork led by the wonderful It was a reminder that in the fast pace of events, taking time to pause is just as important.

This feeling closely aligns with our upcoming exhibition, The Weight of Being, opening Saturday 24th January. The exhibition explores how external pressures shape artistic expression - highlighting the power of art as a means of reflection, resistance, and survival.
