This March, the is all about Pie Month, celebrating proper comfort food with a generous sharing pie made for relaxed, sociable dining. Designed to be enjoyed together, the pie is served as a centrepiece with classic sides, making it ideal for a laid back pie day with friends or family.

Our sharing pie features minted lamb shank with caramelised baby pearl onions and Chantenay carrots, served with mash, Bloody Mary salt triple cooked chips and charred hispi cabbage wedges.

Kamil’s dish was a masterclass in precision. Each element was placed with purpose and every flavour carefully considered. The attention to detail was notable, coupled with the level of technical ability it demonstrated fine cuisine at its best. My congratulations to him for his impressive win against so many other talented chefs across the UK, and all the very best of luck in Paris when he faces the other international winners in this wonderful global competition.

What a night! Last Monday, we celebrated 10 years of DEBRA’s Great Chefs Dinner and raised over £250,000 to support people living with EB.
