Job Title: Domestic Solar PV Electrician / Installer
Location: Norwich our surrounding areas
Salary: £48,000 + Benefits *** OTE £60,000 ***

About the Role
We’re looking for a competent and experienced electrician to join our growing renewables team as a Solar PV Electrical Installer. This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects that make a real difference in delivering sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Install Solar PV systems to a high standard.
Ensure all work complies with MCS requirements.
Apply a strong understanding of BS7671:2018+A2:2022 wiring regulations.

Candidate Requirements
Demonstrable experience with Solar PV installations (preferable).
Experience with battery storage systems (desirable).
Confidence working with a range of manufacturers and products.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
Full UK driving licence.

Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Solar PV Level 3 (essential)
EESS Level 3 (essential)

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled EV ChargePoint Installer to join our growing renewables team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality installations with exceptional customer service and reliability.

Qualifications Required
City & Guilds 2921 Series (Current Standard)
2921-34 – Level 3 Award for Domestic & Small Commercial EV Installations

Test & Inspection 2391
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
18th Edition Wiring Regulations

Your core responsibility will be two domestic EV charger installations per day, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client satisfaction.

You will also support the wider renewables department as required, contributing to solar PV, battery storage, and other green energy projects.

With a growing team and expanding portfolio, we’re looking for a confident and knowledgeable Renewables Supervisor to help drive our projects and support our engineers in the field.

Role Overview
You’ll be at the heart of our renewables operations, overseeing a range of technologies including:

Solar PV
EV Charging
Battery Storage Systems
Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)
Ventilation systems
Storage Heater upgrades

This role combines technical expertise with leadership. You’ll work closely with our renewables engineers, supporting them on installations and ensuring work meets both company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out on-site surveys across Buckinghamshire & surrounding regions
Create accurate and compliant solar PV designs
Oversee and support the renewables engineering team, including help 'on-site'
Ensure installations meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Report progress, issues, and recommendations to senior management
Liaise with clients, housing providers, and internal teams

What We’re Looking For
Level 3 in Solar PV Systems
level 3 in Electrical Battery Storage Systems
Strong understanding of social housing standards and compliance
Ability to lead, mentor, and support engineering teams
A 'hands-on' supervisor
Confident with design software and survey processes
Full UK driving licence
Excellent communication and organisational skills
