I know what you're thinking, you went all the way to Germany to network??
Actually yes, I'm here for a team meeting and the whole point is to spend time with the people I work with!
Tonight after a long day of travels we had dinner at an authentic spot and despite being the Queen of wine, I went ahead and ordered a beer 🍺 👌
My tip for today is to travel and see those people you haven't seen for a while, make the effort ( I know it's a lot with covid) but it's so worth it! ✈
BTW anyone got reccomendations for where to go in Frankfurt? I'm wide open to suggestions 😁

I've known this girl since we were in high school over a decade ago and about 6 years or so later we reconnected over our mutual desire to live abroad ✈
My tip for today is to keep an eye out for those in your past that you can tell are moving in the same direction as you and reach out to them, support, encourage and reignite your connection
Think of at least one person that u regret losing touch with and maybe an easy way to reach out is to tag them in this post x

The amount of internal turmoil that's resolved over brunch is LIFE CHANGING
Today I had the pleasure of brunching with 5 lovley ladies who each have something special to bring to the world.
Was so nice to sit back and listen as we all talked though the things we've struggled with and celebrated this year.
I love bringing women together who might not know each other well but inevitably form a bond over the obstacles we've overcome
The meal becomes a celebration of survival and we laugh and feel ready to take on the week despite being stuffed of food and ready for a nap!
Today's tip is to bring people together in your network by organising a universally loved pastime like brunching on a Sunday afternoon. The magical mix of personality, perspective and perseverance makes for an unforgettable afternoon!

So many people live inside my phone and all I have to do is facetime them!!
Being an American in the UK means I'm constantly catching up with my friends and contacts in the US.
The weekends are the best time to navigate the time difference so this Saturday I caught up with two of my Californian girlfriends and I'm so glad I did!
My tip today is to pick up the phone, message and ask someone you haven't caught up with in a while, if they fancy a quick face time catch up they!
They could either be near or far but chances are you won't regret it, having a chat can open doors to new opportunities, spark an idea or just give you a laugh. Let me know if you're free for a chat, cause I'm always down to connect 😍

If I don't have that far to go, I'm more likely to make the effort 🙄
Tonight was great again we hosted a dinner affair with friends who live less than 10 kins away and this is such a BONUS!
I don't want to sound lazy but it's so much easier to make plans to connect when the people you're close enough to talk until midnight and still get home in a reasonable time 😃
It's important to interact with both the local community and also any neighborhood forums to find fun or productive connections that are nicely located in a convenient area local to you!

Really enjoyed drinks after work with colleagues and enjoyed being out in the city on a week night.
Tonight I've reconnected with an acquaintance who I met nearly 3 months ago and I never gave up on our follow-up meeting.
I've learned that you need to follow the gut feeling you have when you meet someone new and you know they're going to be a great addition to your network
After one cancellation and another reschedule we finally found the time to get together and I am soooo grateful.
Here's to an amazing Thursday night in the city 🔥♥️

I don't know what it is about Christmas that makes me want to post on Instagram everyday but....
HERE WE GO AGAIN. Kinda. Last year I produced full length videos everyday of my networking advent calendar and it was pretty intense.
This year I want to actually push myself to put in some sort of networking activity everyday until Christmas and at the end of the night I'll share something I've learned or observed?
If that sounds good buckle up. Tonight being the 1st of December not only was I convienently hosting a dinner party but I was shocked to realise that for the first time I haven't bought an advent calendar to enjoy.
Next best thing is to share I'm the gift of great contacts, friends and or course in the case of it being Christmas, family.
So today, I hosted a dinner party with some girl friends and we each take turn hosting. My tip for today, and my 1st of the 25 in this challenge, is that you should have a regularly scheduled event with your friends. Ours is the London version of come dine with me, yours can be anything you want.
Join me and push yourself to connect everyday from now until Christmas and you'll be shocked by the results.

Honestly I've been so busy with networking, I haven't had a chance to share all the amazing lessons I've learned over the last few weeks.
Conferences have been missed by us passionate about networking and buisness development because there is no way to recreate the fertile environment it creates for new connections.
I forget how powerful sharing an experience with someone can be to fostering an instant memorable connection with someone new.
After this 2 day conference I recognised how much we've missed over the last 18 months which is why all my energy recently has been put into in person events, parties, conferences and of course travel.
I'll still be here sharing content but if it's been a while since you've heard from Sarah it's because she's busy having drinks with the united airlines cabin crew that you see famously posing in this picture.♥️

Happy Wine Wednesday 🍷!!!!
Holy s**t it's been a month long party for my 30th birthday and of course wine tasting in Napa featured on the agenda 🍷
I can't thank everyone enough for the birthday wishes and hope I haven't left you too lonely without my normal activity on here hut so happy to be back!!
Thought I'd take some time to reintroduce myself and revamp the Legacy Networking energy over the next few days and weeks and slowly we will get back on the bandwagon!

How I felt last Thursday 😎
Was feeling amazing after our first challenge call in The Legacy Network 🎉 The 🍷 fueled community for women to come together, learn and become expert relationship builders ♥️
Our first topic was centered around strategies for using Instagram as a networking tool for connecting and building a community! Our expert guest was 👏 an Instagram coach and friend I've made right here on Instagram!!!!
I learned some new features and effective ways to use this social platform. AND she gave us a worksheet to help implement those strategies!
This Wine Wednesday I'll share a little sneak peek of that session so you can get an idea of what it's like to join the Legacy Network and if you need any help with Instagram I couldn't reccomend Emma enough!
