Experienced Freelance Property Inventory Clerk Role

We are looking for individuals with excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written ability and someone who is happy to work autonomously in this mobile role.

• Self-Employed position with the flexibility to choose the days they work each month
• Would suit an individual who is looking for a self-employed role for anything between 2-6 days a week or alongside other commitments such as studying or other employment / running of own business. Must be available to work most Saturdays in month, plus other weekend days and the 1st and last of each month where demand is higher
• £35 - £90 per property inspection completed (max 3 in one day is realistic) dependant on property size

Part time customer service booking manager required
• Part time contract Friday and Saturday
• Basic Starting Salary £10,000 to £10,800 PA dependant on experience (this is £25k-£27k pro rata)
• Quarterly bonus of up to £200 per quarter dependent on company & individual performance
• 11 days holiday plus an additional day on your birthday, with additional days being accrued for length of service
• Hybrid working with at least 2 days a week in our Croydon based office

Customer Service and Bookings Property Manager

o you get a buzz out of helping others in tricky situations. Making sure every person you come into contact with leaves having had a feel-good moment regardless of the context of the situation?
We are looking for people with strong customer service experience, ideally in a phone and email-based service setting to join our team as a Personal Account Manager
• Full time contract
• Basic Starting Salary £25,000 - based on 40 hours a week Subject to experience
• Quarterly bonus of up to £500 per quarter dependent on company & individual performance
• 28 days holiday plus an additional day on your birthday, with additional days being accrued for length of service
• Hybrid working with at least 2 days a week in our Croydon based office
• Training will require full time, 5 days a week office attendance
• Proven experience of independent complaint handling and customer service
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Monthly rota including weekend work (typically working every other Saturday with a weekday off in lieu)
• 8:45 to 18:00 daily
